Description: This Persian calligraphy painting on canvas features the phrase “You are not crazy, you do not deserve this house”, written in Persian calligraphy with gold leaf against a deep blue background. The luminous gold creates a strong contrast with the blue surface, giving the words a powerful visual presence.

The work explores the relationship between language, identity, and belonging. By transforming a direct and emotionally charged statement into a visual composition, the painting brings together the expressive qualities of contemporary Persian calligraphy with the material richness of gold leaf. The words become both a message and a visual structure, inviting attention to questions of self-worth, place, and the meaning of belonging.
