Description: In the heart of Shiraz, Iran, a residential building stands adorned with a unique fusion of heritage and modernity. Designed and implemented Nastaliq calligraphy to decorate the window guards on the façade of a six-floor residential building comprising ten apartments.
Additionally, calligraphy designs were integrated into the lobby area. The project aimed to infuse traditional Persian calligraphy with modern architectural elements, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the structures while preserving cultural heritage.
This project marked the first instance of calligraphy design on a building facade in the province, setting a precedent for cultural integration in architectural design.
