Norouz with Persian Calligraphy

Somayeh Gholami designed two unique dancing dresses featuring Persian Nastaliq calligraphy for the Nowrouz event at the Pavilhão Centro de Portugal in Coimbra, Portugal. These designs combine traditional Persian calligraphic elegance with contemporary fashion, creating garments that celebrate cultural heritage through movement and artistry. The flowing patterns of Nastaliq script enhance the dynamic motion of the dresses, making each performance a visual fusion of language, art, and dance.
